  • Process teller transactions, open new accounts and balance a cash drawer timely and accurately
  • Responsible for marketing and selling bank products and services to potential customers
  • Evaluate existing customer's needs and cross sell additional products and services 
  • Support the Corpus Christi Region
  • Demonstrate availability and flexibility in scheduling to ensure coverage
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays, as well as evening hours, at various banking centers.
  • Represent and support Kleberg Bank's efforts to help the communities we serve to be the community of choice for families and businesses.
  • Responsible for developing professional relationships with retail partners to maintain the Bank's professional reputation
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to achieve customer satisfaction, retention and increase sales
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast pace environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrate skills that contribute to building a strong team and maintaining a professional work environment
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm about Kleberg Bank products and services when talking to both customers and potential customers
  • All other duties as assigned. 



  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • College Degree or 1 year customer service or 1 years sales experience or completion of Kleberg Bank formal training program. 
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills





  • College degree
  • Familiar with retail banking systems and regulations
  • Successful track record of achieving sales/service goals
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
