Therefore, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician with unrivaled integrity, solid work ethic and a passion for service.   The Maintenance Technician will be responsible to assist the property manager with the goal of together successfully managing the properties.

 

 

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES: The job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities. Included are all-important aspects of the job - - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.

  • Serve as a first responder to any reported issues from tenants or Bank personnel; Evaluate needs and use sound judgment to determine a solution
  • Assist the Property Manager in coordinating the activities of the Maintenance Assistant
  • Play an integral role in implementing strategic initiatives, including: LED Light Project, Facilities Help-desk, Weekly Team Huddles, etc.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Bank requests for general office supplies, shredding services, business cards, and stamps
  • Review and approve office supply orders through Accusource Solutions
  • Schedule and oversee the coordination of shred pick up at all Bank properties
  • Oversee safety and security of bank operations by monitoring functionality of security cameras, alarm equipment, and building keys
  • Assist in the maintenance and distribution of all Bank alarm codes, vault combinations, and building keys
  • Coordinate changing and re-keying of building locks
  • Ensure Bank archives are stored properly and destroyed according to federal requirements and bank policies
  • Effectively communicate with vendors so as to act as a liaison and provide access and input when needed
  • Serve as a second eye for the Maintenance Assistant in overseeing the overall appearance of the main building and all other properties
  • Serve as a back-up to the Maintenance Assistant and complete their daily tasks when absent
  • Replace light-bulbs and wash windows as needed
  • Paint facilities parking lots, fill potholes, and complete minor cosmetic repairs as needed
  • Run generator periodically to ensure proper operation
  • Participate in a schedule of property light checks at night
  • Be available to assist with infrequent but sometimes last-minute maintenance requests outside of normal business hours
  • Complete all assigned items on the "Facilities To Do List” and daily, weekly, monthly checklists
  • Provide excellent service to the Bank’s internal customers and property tenants.

Qualifications

Required: 

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience doing maintenance work in similar type of environment.
  • Person vehicle and insurance.

 

Preferred Experience

  • 2-3 years of facilities or property maintenance experience preferred

 

 

 

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to learn building/supply functions. 
  • Ability to Speak and hear, sit and use hands to manipulate and feel, able to stand, walk, and reach out with hands and arms; lift up to 50 pounds; and normal vision.
